WHY DISTILLERIES CHOOSE SINGLESHOT

RACK DROPS IN. BARRELS ARE READY.

The Dual accepts a full 2-barrel rack directly from your forklift. The moment the rack lands on the frame, both barrels are positioned and ready to dump. No intermediate steps. No repositioning. Start pumping immediately.

500 lbs NEVER TOUCHES THE FLOOR.

Other systems require you to get the barrel off the rack, down to the floor, and rolled into position before anything can happen. A full barrel weighs close to 500 lbs. That floor-level handling is where injuries happen. We eliminate it entirely.

THE REAL COST OF WINGING IT

EVERY BARREL DUMP
THE OLD WAY
IS A RISK

Most craft distilleries are still improvising barrel dumps — a forklift, a ramp, two people, and a prayer. It works until it doesn't.

⚠️

SAFETY LIABILITY

A 53-gallon barrel of aged whiskey weighs close to 500 lbs. Improvised setups and makeshift ramps put your crew and product at serious risk on every dump.

💧

PRODUCT LOSS

Improvised setups spill. At $15–$40 per proof gallon in finished product, a partial barrel loss is an expensive accident that adds up fast.

👥

LABOR INEFFICIENCY

Manually managing barrel dumps ties up multiple people for a task that one person should own. That time is better spent on production.

DEAD SIMPLE OPERATION

THREE STEPS. ONE OPERATOR. DONE.

No special training. No complex machinery. Just a clean, safe, repeatable process.

01

POSITION THE BARREL

Single: Lift the individual barrel into position via forklift or hoist.

Dual: Forklift lowers a full 2-barrel rack directly onto the frame. Barrels arrive pre-positioned and ready to dump — no additional handling required.

02

SPIN, BUNG DOWN, PUMP ON

Rotate barrels so the bung faces down, remove the bung, and activate the pneumatic pump. Product flows directly from barrel to your holding vessel. A small air compressor from Lowe's provides all the power you need.

03

REMOVE & REPEAT

Once empty, remove the barrel or rack. The pump cart is immediately ready for the next barrel. One person. Clean, consistent, every time.

WHAT MAKES THIS UNIQUE

Drop a full barrel rack onto the frame and barrels arrive pre-positioned, ready to dump. No rolling 500-lb barrels across a floor. The forklift does the only heavy lift — the same task it was already performing.

THE DUAL BARREL DUMPER ADVANTAGE

Your Barrels Live on Racks.
SO DOES OUR DUMPER.

Every distillery stores barrels on racks. When it's time to dump, most systems make you undo all of that — get the barrel off the rack, down to the floor, then move it to the equipment. A full 53-gallon barrel weighs close to 500 lbs. Ask yourself how safe it really is to move one at floor level.

THE COMPETITOR WORKFLOW

  1. Get barrel off the rack

  2. Lower it to the floor

  3. Roll it across the floor to the machine

  4. Machine lifts it into dump position

Steps 1–3 require heavy manual handling of a 500-lb barrel at floor level — the most dangerous part of the operation, before dumping has even started.

VS

THE SINGLESHOT DUAL WORKFLOW

  1. Forklift lowers rack onto frame

  2. Spin bungs down, pull bungs, pump on

  3. Remove empty rack - takes empty barrels with it

Barrels never touch the floor. No rolling. No manual floor-level handling. The forklift does the only heavy lift — the same one it was already doing.

HOW WE STACK UP

THE HONEST COMPARISON

Enterprise barrel dump troughs run $15,000–$40,000+ and require custom fabrication lead times. We built something purpose-fit for craft distilleries at a fraction of the cost.

COMMON QUESTIONS

BEFORE YOU BUY,
HERE'S WHAT TO KNOW

HOW DO BARRELS GET ONTO THE DUMPER

For the Dual, a forklift lowers a full 2-barrel rack directly onto the frame — barrels arrive pre-positioned, no floor-level handling required. For the Single, a forklift or hoist lifts the individual barrel into position on the frame.

WHAT AIR COMPRESSOR DO I NEED?

A small, off-the-shelf air compressor from Lowe's or Home Depot is more than sufficient. Most distilleries already have one on hand — if so, you're ready to run on day one.

WHERE DOES THE PRODUCT GO AFTER DUMPING?

The pneumatic pump moves product from the trough directly into your existing holding vessel — stainless tank, tote, proofing vessel, whatever you're already using. No additional storage equipment required.

WILL IT WORK WITH MY BARREL RACKS?

The Dual is designed for standard 2-barrel racks. If you have custom or non-standard racks, reach out before ordering and we'll confirm compatibility. The Single works with any barrel that can be individually lifted.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

We're based in Charleston, SC and build in the USA. Contact us for current lead times — we aim to minimize your wait so you're not sitting on a production bottleneck longer than necessary.

WHAT HOLDING VESSEL DO I NEED?

Any standard vessel works — stainless tanks, totes, or whatever you're already using in your production line. The pump cart connects directly to your existing setup with standard fittings.
